Levels of assertiveness: heteroassertiveness and self-assertiveness in a group of cocaine paste (PBC) users in therapeutic communities in the city of Trujillo

The present descriptive-comparative investigation wants to aim the diferences of assertive levels in a group of PBC consummers. The study sample was composed of 50 PBC consummers and the control sample of 50 supervisors, through the non-probable sampling technique. For thin study, the assertive evaluation ecale was used. The results were statically analyzed through the “t” students, “z” and chi cuadrada, reaching to the tollowing conclussions: 1. The PBC consummers present an assertive deficit, indicating difficulties in their emotional expression and that they are unable to reject a consumme petition and little respect for the basic rights of others and for themselven; 2. There are some differences between assertive and instruction level, the highest the instruction level is, the highest the assertive level is; 3.The assertive levels are not relaled to the consumme time.
