The objective of the research is to determine how the implementation of Lean Warehousing reduces Lead Time in a furniture store. For this purpose, an applied and pre-experimental design research was conducted. The chosen sample consists of all purchase and sales records from the company's warehouse during the period from October 2023 to April 2024. The results indicated several deficiencies in the warehouse, particularly in product distribution, resulting in elements that are not easily located. Consequently, the average lead time exceeds 25 days. Regarding the application, it focused on five tools primarily aimed at organizing and classifying the warehouse, either through a new design or standardized processes. This led to a reduction of the average lead time by 5 days, positioning it at less than 22 days per product. Based on the statistical evaluation results showing a significance level below 0.05, it is concluded that the Lean warehousing methodology significantly decreases lead time.
