Abstract

Objectives.Analyze the supply of drugs to the region La Libertad, in the five-year period 2010 -2014.

Materials and methods. This research is applied or factual, explanatory and causal. It has a mixed analysis, predominantly quantitative, but with qualifications or qualitative interpretations.

Results.The management of the drug supply to the La Libertad region in the five-year period 2010 -2014 is affected by limitations, shortcomings, deficiencies, lack and application empiricism, which negatively affect the maximum use of the potential attributes considered in the original project; Because it does not conform to the conditions of its regional environment, because it does not comply with certain provisions of the necessary norms or because it does not take advantage of the successful experiences of other regions, for not knowing or misapplying some theoretical approaches reaching this type of project, Achieve its objectives. The following test percentages are obtained: 49.33% of empirical applications, 48.90% of non-compliances, 42.00% of deficiencies, 55.50% of limitations and 50.30% of dissatisfactions. Getting an average of 49.21%.
