Abstract

Objective.Establish the relationship between the perception of the Institutional Strategic Plan of the National University of Santa and the satisfaction of the students of the Universidad Nacional del Santa 2016.

Materials and methods.The deductive hypothetical method was used, where questionnaires were applied, for the variables perception of the institutional strategic plan and for student satisfaction, reliability was determined with the Cronbach alpha test and the information was collected in a single moment and Time for the descriptive, correlational and transversal character of the research, and the sample was represented by 469 students of the National University of Santa Chimbote, 2016.

Results.It was found that the perception of the institutional strategicplan as student satisfaction is at an average level, with a correlation coefficient of 0.638.

Conclusion.It was determined that the variables, object of study, have a mean positive correlation rejecting the null hypothesis raised
