Abstract

Objectives.Program PERT activities of the automated irrigation system and the reduction of costs in the company Agroindustrias San Jacinto S.A.A., year 2016.

Materials and methods.The present research is descriptive, pre experimental. The population consisted of a field of 87.00 ha, the sample size being 71.90 ha and its adjusted sample of 39.12 ha. The techniques of data review, document analysis and observation were used, usingWinQSB software version 2.0.

Results.The scheduling and the efficiency of the times of the activities were markedly improved, it was evidenced that the delay of the activities of a project raises the financial costs.

Conclusion.The programming of PERT activities of the automated irrigation system allows to reduce the costs in the company Agroindustria san Jacinto S.A.A.
