Hazard identification and risk assessment based on law 29783 for the reduction of work accidents in the coined line of the Fishing Company BYS SAC-Coishco, 2016

Objectives.Identify the hazards and evaluate the risks based on the law 29783 for the reduction of accidents at the cooked line of the Fishing Company BYS SAC-Coishco 2016.
Materials and methods.Documentary analysis and direct observation of the most important processes and activities carried out, from the reception of the raw material to the dispatch and / or shipment of the preserved fish were carried out.
Results.Control measures were developed and classified by level of risk, prioritizing the most critical activities, in addition estimating a reduction of the accident rate of 20% for the following year and 30% in reference of the previous year.
Conclusion.Hazards and risks based on Law 29783 were identified, reducing work accidents in the cooked line of the BYSSAC-Coishco 2016 Fishery Company.
