Abstract

Reportedly the lifestyle in Puebla downtown, Mexico, of the residents and temporary residents of El Parral neighborhood, their relations, consumption and leisure offer. The research is diagnostic and foresight, with mixed methodology, in three phases and two movements alternating: synthesis and analysis. The people are the inhabitants and two floating populations. We found an apparent contradiction: a system of relations close to high status themselves but socio-economic patterns in the practices of free time, private life and little time for leisure and recreation-oriented. There where located three social risk groups: children, families and seniors and proposes intervent.
