Abstract

The organizational climate is a basic concept to understand the succesful funtioning of the companies in the world today. So, the climate questionaires usually show elements for an organizational diagnostic and making decisions. This papper offers an update review of such concept, starting with its origins and the main difficulties to define it. The pioneer work of psychologists like Kurt Lewin, Douglas McGregor and others about this idea is pointed.
