Development of social skills in early adolescents of secondary education by means of an instruccional design

Abstract

The study about the procedures to be followed in under to carry out and validate an instructional design for the development of social skills in a group of teenagers from Lima has been approached. They were both males and females between 14 and 15 years of age in fourth year of Secondary School. The program was carried out through four systematized workshops in an instructional design. It is a study of a quasi – experimental type with pre and post-test observations and the administration of the independent variable of treatment (workshops) using control and experimental groups. Significative Statistical differences between both groups were not found throughout the program. This is the reason why the instructional design could not be validate. Never thelesi, the pertinent procedures to be followed were pointed out for similar studies.
