Abstract

This research aimed to make the application of linear programming garbage collection to improve the beautification and sanitation of guadalupito district, Virú2016; sample selection 95% confidence level was 302 citizens resident in the District, interviews and surveys, validated instruments such as expert judgment, model Cronbach αreliability and SPSS statistics was applied. Currently garbage collection service is poor; with problems at the level of beautification and health, being low quality of life of the inhabitants of the District. the diagnosis was redesigned by the SWOT analysis; with new strategies, evaluating the perception index citizen; solving variables and parameters; poor, new routes and travel distances was designed; likewise the WINQSB program was implemented, obtaining satisfactory results in operating times, from 464 minutes to 260 minutes optimizing operating times of labor, supplies and equipment; achieving optimal savings of S /. 19694.7 nuevos soles per year. This Municipality, improved quality of life and beautification of the Guadalupito inhabitants.
