The Eduser journal, is a specialized scientific journal edited by the Universidad César Vallejo, with a semiannual periodicity.

Its objective is to disseminate original works, results of research developed nationally and internationally, that demonstrate rigor and contribute to knowledge and society. Topics such as teaching-learning processes and strategies, lifelong learning, educational innovations, emerging educational technologies, virtual laboratories, online learning, tutoring and mentoring, educational inclusion, educational policies and strategies are prioritized.

 

Mission:

Eduser journal is a scientific journal that offers the scientific society innovative content on trends in scientific knowledge in the educational field, generating solutions to social problems in its area.

 

Aim and Scope

Eduser journal was born in 2013 as an initiative of the Universidad César Vallejo. The first digital edition was published in 2014, responding with high-value knowledge to the social reality of the educational field.

On a biannual basis, it offers content that contributes to the scientific debate in a critical and controversial time, discussing teaching-learning processes and strategies, lifelong learning, educational innovations, emerging educational technologies, virtual laboratories, online learning. , tutoring and mentoring, educational inclusion, educational policies and strategies.
Unpublished contributions are received from academics from different countries around the world, which have not been published or subjected to evaluation processes in other journals or spaces in parallel.

The Journal maintains an open access policy (Open Access), in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration initiative. Based on this, no article processing charges are established.

 

Journal objectives

Disseminate original works in the area of ​​education that are the results of research developed at a national and international level, that demonstrate rigor and contribute to knowledge and society.

 

Editorial policies

a) Eduser journal is a space that publishes:

1. Original research: Scientific studies that address relevant aspects of the educational area and generate contributions to knowledge and society.
2. Systematic reviews: Scientific articles that, following a specific methodology and a pre-established protocol, systematize knowledge on a topic, offering theoretical contributions on the referred object.
3. Essays: Argumentative and reflective studies related to the thematic lines of the journal, which are of interest to the international scientific community. In these essays, the author's critical and reflective judgment must prevail.

b) The policy is open access, so the evaluation and publication of articles in the scientific journal Eduser does not imply any cost for the author. Therefore, the Open Access policy of EDUSER journal obeys the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration initiative; and in view of the process that follows, it does not charge for:

1. Review of manuscripts before the publication process.
2. Editing of the material even if it is publishable and accepted by the journal.
3. Expenses for review, editing and publication if the manuscript is accepted for publication.

c) The articles presented and published are unpublished.

d) The institutional affiliation of articles that EDUSER journal (Lima) will publish will be carried out in accordance with international criteria for scientific sustainability (no more than 30% of documents can be from the publishing institution of the journal).

 


Publication Frequency

The journal is originally published biannually (registered with the international ISSN), it is published twice a year (since 2019), however, in 2021 a single issue was published continuously taking into account the pandemic. In 2022 it resumed its semiannual outing.

The editions are published in the months of January and July of each year.

Note: The journal may publish extraordinary issues during the year.
