The study determined the relationship between managerial leadership and pedagogical management in secondary educational institutions in Cartavio. The study design was non-experimental, correlational, and transactional. The sample consisted of 40 teachers about whom information was collected through surveys highly reliable with criteria of clarity, relevance and pertinence for their application and which were validated by specialists in the subject. The data were then processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The latter was worked with Spearman’s Coefficient, which allowed obtaining correlational results from the verification of the hypothesis and responding to the proposed objectives. It was found that there is a high relationship between managerial leadership and pedagogical management (rs = .870; p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be said that good leadership benefits all pedagogical management.
