The approach of this study was quantitative, applied, with a quasi-experimental design and a sample of 70 students from a public institution in the district of Carabayllo, distributed in two groups: control and experimental. The virtual platforms incorporated in the program were Kahoot, Thatquiz and YouTube, whose general objective was to establish the influence of the institutional platform management program on the development of skills. The results indicate the presence of significant differences between the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group. Therefore, it is concluded that the institutional management program for virtual platforms influences the development of students’ skills.
