Abstract

The present instrumental research had the main purpose to determine the validity and reliability of the general labor well-being questionnaire in teachers of Trujillo city, with a sample of 348 teachers from different public institutions of high school. The instrument used was: The General Labor Well-Being Questionnaire of the authors Blanch, Sahagun, Cantera and Cervantes, handling the psychometric evaluation technique. Regarding the content validity through expert judgment evaluation, the items evidence high significance with indexes between .83 and 1.00. In addition, to determine reliability was used the omega method with a result between .73 and .84, being acceptable values.
