Properties of the questionnaire and anti values (VALANTI) taps on workers in Chiclayo

Abstract

The present study was designed to determine the psychometric properties and anti Values Questionnaire (VALANTI) in workers Repsol Faucet Company - San Antonio Group Chiclayo City. VALANTI the Questionnaire with 60 items, taking the original test Author: Ps. Octavio Augusto Escobar, involved 118 people of both sexes aged 18 and older. As psychometric analysis was conducted construct validity nonsignificant values being found in each of the scales, also reliability was analyzed using Cronbach Alpha coefficient, resulting in a score of 0.65 on the scale of peace which translates as a minimally acceptable reliability in Love scale score of 0.49 which places a moderate reliability scores between 0.16 and 0.22 in the other scales demonstrating acceptable reliability. Finally, found no significant values in the validity and reliability, no normative data obtained from the questionnaire analysis.
