Abstract

The present technological investigation of type had as aim determine the properties psychometrics of the Questionnaire of Interpersonal Values in workers of Laredo's Industrial Companies, for it was evaluated to a sample of 316 persons using the Questionnaire of Interpersonal Values Leonard V. Gordon's (SIV). The study determined by means of the validity of constructo that exists predominance of inverse correlations, of considerable and highly significant degree (p <.01) between the scales. As for reliability a value of 0.77 obtained in the scale of independence, in support and leadership 0.75, in recognition 0.78, in benevolence and conformity 0.72 what indicates a very respectable reliability. Finally scales were elaborated percentilares general and for age.
