Abstract

The present work was elaborated as part of the practices of the curricular experience Diagnostic and Psychological Report of the Professional Academic School of Psychology of the César Vallejo-Chimbote University. The research was developed in the CAR, "Hogar San Pedrito", making observations, interviews and evaluations with the objective of determining a diagnosis to the patient of initials A. S. C. M. of 13 years of age; Who is housed in the institution already mentioned for consumption of psychoactive substances such as PBC and marijuana; Likewise, for alleged moral and material abandonment; In addition to constant behavior problems, which have affected the main areas of their lives such as emotional, family, social and academic. The most relevant in the case of this adolescent begins at 6 years of age, when she began to perceive a family dynamic full of conflicts and at the same time physical and psychological family violence; As a result, according to the evaluated one, "his father created a whole conspiracy against his mother" creating a situation in which he maintained that the mother was leaving the home; Because of this situation, she constantly changes caregivers since her father, he says, "had no time to attend to her, to teach her the task"; Since he was working most of the day. Caregivers throughout their childhood were the paternal relatives as aunts and great-grandmother. When the child enters adolescence begins to reflect behaviors of rebellion like leaving home without permission of the parent, Likewise, when he left school he chose to spend the rest of the day with his lover, he did not comply with established rules in the home; It is for this reason, that the child takes refuge in the consumption of psychoactive substances, according to the evaluated one; Being its main provider the lover.
