Abstract

The purpose of this research was to dermine the relationship of school bullying and expectations for the future in adolescents from state educational institutions in the districof El Provenir, 2019. It is a substantive type with simple correlational design. The sampling was of stratified random probabliblist type. It had sample of 419 adolescents between 11 and 15 years of age, being 207 of the femenine sex anda 212 of the masculine sex. The instuments used were the Cisneros Autotest of School Harassment adapted by Ucañan (2015) and the Future Expectancy Scale adaptated by Chavez and Chavez (2019). Results of inverse correlation were found between future expectations, with size effectof medium magnitude of scholl bullying anda its dimensions (Rho-0.40). Presenting that the greater the bullying, the lower expectations of the future will be evident in these students. However, the dimension Stealing of School Bullying and the dimension of Academic Expectations of Future Expectations have no relation between themsselves (trivial magnitude).
