Sexismo y homofobia moderna en adolescentes del distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera, Trujillo

Abstract

In this investigation, there was an analysis made in the relation between sexism and homophobia in the Buenos Aires district resident teenagers, in a sample of 346studentsfrom three different highschools in the Buenos Aires district, their ages fluctuated between 14 and 17 years old. When analysing the results on sexism and homophobia showed a minimum size effect in between the variables, and the practical significance shows a tight relation (r2>.04) between sexism and homophobia in teenagers (r2=1.04; IC 95%=-1.22; -.027). There is also a correlation shown (r2>.04) between hostile sexism and homophobia towars lesbians (r2=.071; IC05% = (-1.56;.080). Also there is a correlation shown (r 2>.04) between benevolent sexism and homophobia towards lesbians (r2=.404; IC 95% = -.549; .719). Concluding with the fact that there is a relation between the variables of sexism and homophobia.
