Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between depression and aggressiveness in high school students belonging to the 1st to the 3rd grade of an I.E of Trujillo Cercado. For which there was a sample of 352 male students between 12 to 15 years of age. Among the results we obtain a relation with a magnitude of median effect between the dysphoria dimension of the depression variable and the premeditated aggressiveness dimension, as well as a relation with a small effect magnitude between the dysphoria dimension of the depression variable and the impulsive aggressiveness dimension, the negative self-esteem dimension of the depression variable and the premeditated and impulsive aggressiveness dimensions.
