Abstract

Since human existence, people have expressed their behavior and reactions to the different situations that occur daily and they do not figure that out and ignore it many times. These positions are known as attitudes; These are global and relatively stable assessments that individuals make about other people, things or ideas. Attitudes are composed of the thoughts, ideology, emotions, feelings and behavior of each individual. Through the attitudes, the human being can demonstrate his personality and his values; In addition, help to predict completely new situations, generating an increase in the sense of control and, finally, protecting both internal conflicts and external threats against the self. Attitudes are characterized by the direction they decide for or against an object, by the intensity or force with which they occur, and by the relationship of its components. On the other hand, the existence of the attitude-behavior relationship is presented, which is relevant so that people's attitudes can be predicted. Now, if it is already difficult to establish this relationship, as can be imagined that it will not be easy to determine the situations and circumstances in which the change of attitudes will take place.
