For the diagnosis, the VSM analysis was carried out, it was determined that the cycle time of the line was 0.48 min/box. During the implementation of the tools, through a 5S compliance checklist, it was initially obtained that only 59% of the established criteria were met; In addition, there was an availability of 70% of the machines on average. During the diagnosis, labor productivity reached a value of 0.68 boxes/H-h, and raw material productivity reached a value of 55.71 boxes/H-h. After the implementation of the 5S methodology and autonomous maintenance, there were increases of 9.6% and 10.5% in the company's main productivity indicators.
