Design of a program for prevention of workplace accidents decrease in the Area of Canned, Cooked Line of Fishing Corporation Hillary S.A.C.

This research had as main objective, to design a program of prevention of occupational risks for the reduction of accidents in the area of canned, cooked Hillary line SAC Corporation The research type was applied and preexperimental design, building Accidents population in the area of canned, cooked line fishing corporation Hillary SAC 2015, and taking as sample accidents in the area of canned, cooked line fishing corporation Hillary SAC 2014. The first step was to diagnose the current situational company through a check list, which determined that the company is at a lower security level than this being a 22.22%. The other instruments used were the accident rate and matrix Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (IPERC), which helped us to identify the hazards for each stage of the process are, these being cut and gutted, grinding and sealing cans, since as a result threw Important risks (22.01%) and Intolerable (3.14%). On this basis a prevention program, which was implemented and the results we see reflected in the accident rate initially was 58.38% for 2014 and 2015 was 34.05% having a gap of 24.33% held. So it is concluded that the prevention program was appropriate to reduce the risks in the stages of the production process.
