Abstract

This research "Designing a plan of prevention of occupational hazards to minimize labor accidents in the General Service Unit and the Regional Hospital Maintenance Eleazar Guzman Barron" overall objective was to design a plan of prevention of occupational risks to minimize labor accidents in the General Service Unit of the Regional Hospital Eleazar Guzman Barron. It is descriptive of application and pre experimental design, people were accidents of workers employed in the General Service Unit and Hospital Maintenance Eleazar Guzman. Situational diagnosis was made, the activities in the General Service Unit and Maintenance describes the plan of prevention of occupational risks is designed and accidents after the plan of prevention of occupational risks are evaluated. The initial chek list through perception was low at 38% to comply with this, demonstrating that the institution was not sensitized on the Prevention of Occupational Hazards. It was obtained from the pre measurement, a total of 25 accidents. The LPRP by evaluating said the accident rate decreased accident rate decreased to eight accidents in 4 months. It was concluded that the accident rate is reduced making the reduction in the number of accidents.
