Abstract

The present investigation titled Management of Maintenance for the increase of the reliability in the equipment of the House of Power of the Regional Hospital Chimbote -2018; the deductive method was used, descriptive type research, where it describes the lack of maintenance management in the force house equipment. The sample was represented by all the critics of the House of Power area. For which it was used as a tool for reliability analysis, reliability analysis, and preventive maintenance plan for the equipment in that area; The results of this work were similar to those obtained in the area of the Force House of the Regional Hospital: The Attsuwith the 444 and the Generating Group with 444 respectively. It was determined thatthe Attsu Caldera had an initial reliability of 94.92% and once the maintenance plan was applied it increased to 97.15%, similarly, the Siemens Generator Group had a reliability of 94.31% and once the increase plan of 96.96% was applied, this is because the maintenance plan is applied through a software program that qualifies and indicates a failure frequency for each equipment. In conclusion, applying the maintenance plan by means ofmaintenance software increases the reliability of the Attsu risk by 2.13% and in the Siemens Generating Group it increases the reliability by 2.65%.
