Thermoexergy evaluation of the refrigeration systemand its influence in the freezing time of ice in acold storage plant

Apply a thermoexergetic evaluation to the steam compression system in scale to reduce the freezing time of the ice of the refrigeration plant PRC.S.A.C. The purpose of this study is the current steam compression refrigeration system with intercooler. Then, steam compression refrigeration system with system of scale of compressors will be analyzed. These evaluations have the purpose of determining the exergetic efficiency through the irreversibilities, in such a way that allows us to compare and have an improvement in the performance coefficientobtain the reduction of the freezing time of the ice.Finally a thermoeconomic evaluation of these systems will be carried out. Being the research of descriptive type. It is evident that when performing a thermoexergetic evaluation the steam compression refrigeration system with system of scale of compressors, it will be possible to increase the exegetical efficiency, reduce the irreversibilitiesand the exergy destroyed, especially it will increase the COP in 8.28% which allows a reduction of the freezing time of the ice in 22.25% or 3 hours and 45 minutes. Además de obtener un ahorro en el consumo de energía eléctrica equivalente a 2800.00 S/. in the next 12 months.The implementation of this project improves the refrigeration system of the cold storageplant, since the energy saving is acceptable, in addition to the energetic benefits as the reduction of the costs of production.
