Plan material requirements and productivity , Import and Export company Felles E.I.R.L. Santa Maria 2015

Abstract

This research aims to design a plan material requirements that relates to the increase in productivity in the company Import and Export Felles EIRL, Santa María 2015. The population and sample consisted of 48 people, using the technique and as an instrument survey questionnaire; documentary collection was applied to obtain production data and purchases allowed us to bring the plan material requirements and thus contribute to the productivity of the company. the multiplicative Holt Winters method for forecasting demand was applied. The calculations are evidence that the material requirements plan designed incurs a total cost of S / 2'037,333.21; lower in S / 216,474.92 compared to the current situation. The demand forecast for the period July-December 2015, determines 100% efficiency. The production plan determines a cost of 208 soles 400.69, a savings of 86,494.53 soles, keeping constant the number of operators. The results indicate an improvement in productivity of 0.049 case / sol in the current situation to 0.055 in the proposed situation. It is concluded that the implementation of the plan material requirements contributes to increased productivity in the company Import and Export Felles E.I.R.L.
