Abstract

This research aimed to measure the degree of impact resulting from the change of the current working model identified through a study of working methods and its influence on increasing productivity baling process chicken benefited the company San Fernando SA Huaral, 2015. The investigation by type is applied, explanatory, according to the experimental design ispre with two observations and according to their approach is quantitative, deductive. The population and sample was 22 employees from the packaging, the methods used were the operations analysis, time study and line balancing. The calculations were performed using a spreadsheet in Excel and the statistical software SPSS Statistics 21. The operations analysis evidence an impact of 11.11%; time study results in an impact of 33.90% and the balance line causes an impact of 15%. The results indicate an impact on the productivity of 29.41%. Concluding that the development of a study of working methods contributes significantly increased productivity in the company San Fernando S.A.
