Abstract

This study aimed to measure the relationship between aggregate production plan and productivity in the company AgroBranggi S.A.C. The study was a non-experimental design in its descriptive correlational variant. The research is applied, transversal, and quantitative explanatory. The population consisted of 26 employees a census sample was considered. For data collection survey, document analysis and observation was used. Pro V7.5.2 -for processing information on Microsoft Office 2013, V17 Minitab, SPSS V21.0, XLSTAT program was used. and WinQSB V2.0. a very high correlation (R = 98.29%) is evident between the aggregate production plan and productivity. The aggregate production plan optimal strategy is obtained by constant production of two periods. Concluding that in developing an aggregate production plan at the lowest cost through strategies level by optimizing the use of its resources on capacity utilization, storage and labor, leading to increased productivity in the company.
