This research aimed to analyze the relationship between the contingency plan and risk reduction in unloading fish Pesquera Hayduk Malabrigo 2016, the sample was 12 people in discharge operation, Noting selectively and organized the data for research, based on the collection of information, questionnaires, indicators, datacollection, and expertjudgments. Diagnosticaudits, hazard identification is made, the necessary and appropriate procedures were applied. 4 high-risk procedures in tides, working outdoors, cargo warehouses were controlled and download implying a 64.52% of the issue, compliance testing program so that its meets in full, reducing improved reports by sub standard acts by 90%, hypothesis testing reflected in the initial diagnosis of 50.58% gaining grade regular, using appropriate controls is improved and the rating of good with 51.35% is obtained, has four criteria high risk consigning engineered to reduce low risk, the training activities in strong waves, ultraviolet radiation, working at height represents 70.59% of the problematic activities. Increasing bestresults contribute to perform work more efficiently and security, workers engaged in unloading fish Pesquera Hayduk, avoiding payments for breaches of legislation related to safety and health at work and costly compensation that hurt businesses and families who may be affected by minor, serious or fatal accidents.
