management application proposal based on the Davis and Tagiuri Model

Abstract

The present research work was based on various theories and ideas on diverse experts and authors related to the management of family businesses and the need to complement specific management concepts based on understanding and explaining various models of strategic family management, for which we are oriented to the application of the Davis and Tagiuri Model, as an instrument of orientation and continuity in undertakings of business families, in this way we will approach the concept of family business in our social context, to later establish the importance of understanding the management, property and family relationships proposed by the model under study.
