The purpose of this research has been to determine if there is a relationship between the quality of the service provided by nursing care and the satisfaction of the mothers who use the Child Growth and Development Program (CRED) in a State Health Center . The study has had a quantitative approach, of descriptivecorrelational scope, with non-experimental, transectional design. The study sample included a total of 51 mothers who participated in the Program, using a self-administered questionnaire, divided into two parts, to measure the state of the variables involved. The results indicate that there is a direct (0.502) and significant (0.000) relationship between the variables studied.
