Happiness at work

This documentary research presents some ideas and contributions made by different authors on administration of the human talent subject- where relatively little studied has been made – which is directly related to a new humanistic approach of the administration theory: happiness at work. Starting from a similar construct, that is, job satisfaction, a series of contributions made by authors of different disciplines of social science were reviewed, timidly postulating the idea that happiness at work is a better explained concept from the psychology field in general and from the theory of flow specifically.
