This study is a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional designed research. It shows the relationship between the variables of organizational justice and job satisfaction in the perception of workers of Banco de la Nación del Perú (BNP) Trujillo branch, 2015. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed among the BNP workers, Trujillo branch. We obtained 54 responses. Based on descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using Spearman’s Rho coefficient, the results have demonstrated the existence of a direct or positive association between the variables studied.
