Proposal for a system of University tutoring

The article aims to design and implement a model that satisfy the needs identified tutorials as perceived by a sample of guardians of the Universidad César Vallejo Trujillo. Research, Propositiva descriptive, had the population of 56 tutors working in three careers. A questionnaire with a total of 23 items was used. Each question the answers were arranged in a cabinet job where by coding and tabulating data were classified, then ordered and arranged according to those proposed by the author in the questionnaire and derived parameters of current theory; ie, shafts and features a model of university tutoring. The findings indicate that tutors consider the basic axes are the academic, personal and professional, and the features are from individual development and is preventive rather than interventive.
