Model design and implementation of Integrated Quality Management ( MGCl ) in Gde Labor Directors of IE Huayo-La Libertad,2013

The present study made reference to poor management of the directors of the educational institutions of Huayo - La Libertad; posing as objective: determine whether the design and implementation of the MGCI improves the management work of the directors. We investigated within the quantitative approach, type of study experimental and quasi-experimental design, applying deductive and inductive methods in a population of 13 directors and 130 teachers with sample of 4 directors and 20 teachers; a valid and reliable questionnaire was used, the results were analyzed using the statistical inferential and descriptive; in the experimental group demonstrated a pretest with a mean of 116,6500, standard deviation of 8,60401 and correlation of 0976; also presents related differences of the pre and posttest with a mean of 104,50000, deviation from 1,93309, a 241,757 T and a highly significant level of 0.000. This study is important for being an effective model for adequate managerial work of the directors, concluding that there was a significant improvement in managers to move from one poor level and regular to good and excellent level in all dimensions of the applied model.
