Burnout syndrome and behaviour to traffic patterns in drivers

Abstract

This descriptive correlational study was aimed to know the relationship between burnout and patterns of behavior in context of traffic, drivers of interprovincial route, La Libertad. The sample consisted of 237 drivers between 25 and 60, selected by a non-probability quota sampling, who were administered the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Personality Scale PSS, Battery J. conductors L. Fernández-Seara. For data analysis, statistical test was used Chi square, and found that burnout was significantly related to patterns of behavior in context of traffic in interprovincial route drivers, La Libertad.
