Abstract

This paper shows the concepts of the new Inclusive Education Approach in Peru, which is held on international agreements aimed to attend children and teenagers with special educational needs of the Organization of American States (OAS). It is presented in a coherent and didactic way with some recommendations for teachers and the parents of the students with special needs on the fields of mental retardation, deafness, language problems, blindness, and low vision; physical disabilities and learning problems.
