Abstract

In recent years, psychotherapy has totally changed according to theory builders that support it and the therapeutic strategies that are used. However, this progress at the edge of the therapeutic approach has not been able to avoid the remarkable influence of the neuroscience which has demonstrated that there are changes in the biochemical brain level because of the action of the word. In spite of the fights that had been generated by the various types of approaches in psychotherapy, on its own identity, all have a common origin and a similar action that will depend on the brain zone to be stimulated more than any other media coverage explanation about the origins of the brain disorders and the way how to make a change.
