Psychological disposition and expectations in university students for the formation of company training and management

The present research was to clear the question: Do they differ psychological rules and expectations for business formation and management assume the role as professional academic faculty to which the student belongs and gender. The research is non experimental descriptive comparative cross-sectional; the sample was 736 students in 4th and 5th year of study of the different Faculties UNMSM and grouped into three areas-academic professionals. To collect data first produced two questionnaires on
psychological readiness for training and the Role of Business Management, the second was a questionnaire of self-perception, and also used the Scale ML-1996 from Grounds. We applied the analysis of variance of two factors, finding that both the Academic and Professional Faculty or gender differences arise on the psychological dispositions for business formation and management role, but if we find significant differences in motivation and not according Faculties gender; where affiliation motivation primarily characterized by graduating student near San Marcos. Finally 90% of examinees who expressed a willingness to form companies, 49% favors service companies, 22% by the marketing companies and 19% per production company. Only 10% said no companies have requirements for membership
