Meta-analysis of research on organizational climate in Perú

Abstract

This work presents a brief profile of the research about organizational climate in Peru. For this meta-analysis, more of 40 theses were examined. The main features of this research are described. For example, the more common designs; the tested organizations; the more used questionnaires and its dimensions and some research results. Finally, a criticism balance and some suggestions for the future are presented.
