Abstract

The study examined the relation between leadership styles and Graphological indicators in signatures of workers at the Damper- Trujillo SAC Company. The example was composed of 112 participants, of both sexes. The scale of organizational Leadership (ELO) and, Nadjimov´s signature graphology, using graphological indicators through a “ Qualifying Form” created by the researchers were used. Using the “ chi-squared” test, a highly significant correlation was identified allowing the use of signature-graphology for recognizing personality traits related to leadership potential in employees.
