Construction of an instrument on healthy lifestyles in university students

This study aims to create a valid method to identify healthy lifestyles in university students. The sample was taken from 231 students. The methods used were; a 33 – point questionnaire, a Life – Orientation table (Revised) (LOT – R), a Scale of Life – Satisfaction, a Scale of Positive and Negative Attributes (SPANAS) and the Olson and Barnes Scale of Life Quality. The validity of the contents, construction and rehabilitee were established. For data analysis the Aiken – V coefficient, tables of frequency- distribution and percentage, and Cronbach – Alpha coefficient were used. It was concluded that the items in the questionnaire if healthy lifestyle are valid and reliable.
