Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics that make the therapeutic attitude in psychologists and therapists from Tarapoto. Afocus group was conducted with 7 psychologists in clinical practice, taking as units of analysis of the results, variables involved in the therapeutic success, the psychologist, culture and treatment failure. Finally the main results taking into account the views of the participants in the focus group are discussed.
