Abstract

The crane encephalic traumatism (CET) constitutes a health problem of epidemic importance, associated to the violence and vial circulation; having dissatisfactions in the epidemic reports and repercussion on the health of adolescents and young Huambenses, an objective to particularize these aspects was intended; theoretical and empirical methods were applied for the study in patients from traffic accidents and males' prevalence of Huambo hospital with CET, and primary and secondary levels with CET, open frontals, brief hospitalization, and surgical interventions were observed. A risk factor group having alcohol habits in male students and workers of secondary level, victims of aggressions and traffic accidents were stood out.
