Abstract

The deterioration of the functionality is the first sign of cognitive deficits looming the suffering of dementia. Those instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), initially subside at the beginning of the gradual deterioration of mental functions. Thus, the performance and implementation of programs of therapeutic intervention in AVD, determines the required first step in addressing this primary mediator competence of interaction with the environment.
