For measurements, The Scale of Measurement and Registration of the Labour Adaptation was used. The sample was 20 subjects divided into two groups: experimental and control, it took measurements '' before '' to both groups were made and only the experimental group applied the LA Program, at the end of the program the measurement became "afterwards" to both groups, finding significant increase (p = 0.000 < 0.05) in comercial knowledge, skills and labor habits in the experimental group. It was confirmed that the labour adaptation of people with schizophrenia is possible.
