Abstract

In the prevention of so-called accidents, many organizations are working with the intention to promote a state of healthy living in their human potential, and reduce the proliferation of different psychosocial risk factors associated with the accident. The complexity of psychosocial risk factors, represent perceptions and experiences of the worker, covering many aspects, any attempt to define it has to be enough to address global problems. The research aims to determine the level of exposure to psychosocial risks drivers to transport mining staff. It was applied to 20 drivers questionnaire for self-assessment of psychosocial risks at work CoPsoQ-ists 21 (version 1.5), being then analyzed. It was found that the overall level of exposure to psychosocial risks in transport drivers mining personnel was intermediate health, psychosocial risks with favorable health effects were psychological demands, insecurity and social support and leadership, according to the weights obtained while that harmful health effects were double presence and esteem.
