Abstract

The present study is directed to businesses with industrial machines that are driven by electric motors three-phase asynchronous squirrel cage type or rotor of winding.That aims to improve its functioning and life cycle. This article is based mainly on the implementation of a maintenance system focused on reliability RCM, in the plant of thermal processes in the company Cogorno S.A Trujillo, taking as purpose: Through the methodology of the AMEF (analysis of modes and effects of failure) and with the development of the analysis of criticality develop an activities program of maintenance to the critical and semi critical engines elements of the type rotor of winding and squirrel cage. And so increase the availability, reliability, reduce the maintainability, their costs of production, maintenance and unplanned stops.
