A nowadays view about learning mathematics

Abstract

According to the measure of learning mathematics in the students at this time is in a critical situation it is considered necessary to present in this article the criteria that is handling nowadays to understand the process learning - teaching in this curricular area and motivating to create original alternatives according to the sociocultural reality, to the investigations and corresponding systematizings, in order that it could be generalized to the immersed community in the problematics of learning mathematics. It is concluded That with a dossier of investigations in the area, which illustrate how these problems have been approached in the last twenty years, published by two important Spanish magazines.
